Proses Adaptasi Perilaku Personal hygiene Pada Anak Usia Dini

Abstract
Health and personal hygiene are the main issues of concern during the covid-19 pandemic. The pandemic that has occurred requires changes in individual behavior in order to adapt to survive during the pandemic. Maintaining personal hygiene is the main behavior needed during a pandemic. Children are individuals who are at the stage of forming behavior. Changes in the situation and the environment also play a role in the process of forming children's behavior, including in this case personal hygiene behavior. This study purposed to provide an overview of the adaptation process of personal hygiene behavior in children. This research is case study research with a qualitative approach. The process of collecting data using observation, interviews, distributing questionnaires in google forms, and documentation. The results showed that during the pandemic, children knew how to maintain personal hygiene such as how to wash their hands properly, know when to maintain personal hygiene such as when to wash their hands, when to take a shower, change clothes, and brush their teeth. Children learn personal hygiene behavior through film shows and advertisements on television, story books read by parents and teachers, morning routines while children participate in online learning activities, as well as special themes prepared by teachers.

Abstrak
Kesehatan dan kebersihan pribadi menjadi isu utama yang menjadi perhatian selama pandemi Covid-19. Pandemi yang terjadi selama hampir dua tahun di seluruh dunia membutuhkan perubahan perilaku individu agar dapat beradaptasi untuk bertahan hidup di masa pandemi. Menjaga kebersihan diri menjadi perilaku utama yang dibutuhkan selama masa pandemi. Anak merupakan individu yang berada pada tahap pembentukan perilaku. Perubahan situasi dan lingkungan juga berperan dalam proses pembentukan perilaku anak, termasuk dalam hal ini perilaku personal hygiene. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran tentang proses adaptasi perilaku personal hygiene pada anak. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Proses pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, penyebaran kuesioner dalam bentuk google form, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa selama masa pandemi, anak-anak mengetahui cara menjaga kebersihan diri seperti cara mencuci tangan yang benar, mengetahui kapan menjaga kebersihan diri seperti kapan harus mencuci tangan, kapan harus mandi, berganti pakaian, dan menyikat gigi. gigi. Anak-anak mempelajari perilaku personal hygiene melalui tayangan film dan iklan di televisi, buku cerita yang dibacakan oleh orang tua dan guru, rutinitas pagi saat anak mengikuti kegiatan pembelajaran online, serta tema khusus yang disiapkan oleh guru.
