- Publication rights for all manuscript material published on the MALIH PEDDAS website are held by the editorial board, with the author’s knowledge (moral rights remain with the author).
- The legal framework governing access to digital articles in this electronic journal is subject to the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY) license. This grants *Jurnal Meta-Yuridis* the right to store, convert the medium/format, manage within a database, maintain, and publish the articles without requiring further permission from the author, provided that the author is credited as the copyright holder.
