Pengaruh Bersepeda terhadap Nilai Sosial pada Komunitas Sepeda Perempuan

Abstract


Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji bagaimana aktivitas bersepeda mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai sosial dalam komunitas sepeda perempuan guna memahami peranannya dalam mengatasi hambatan partisipasi dan mendorong pemberdayaan serta kohesi sosial di lingkungan yang inklusif. Pelaksanaan program melalui lima tahap sistematis: membangun komitmen dengan ketua komunitas, perencanaan program terstruktur, pengumpulan informasi kebutuhan dan potensi komunitas, implementasi aksi berupa kegiatan interaktif dan bersepeda komunal, serta monitoring dan evaluasi. Analisis paired samples test menunjukkan perbedaan signifikan antara pretest dan posttest dengan peningkatan rata-rata 82,833 poin (p<0,05), membuktikan keberhasilan program dalam mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai sosial. Program tidak hanya memperkuat kohesi komunitas tetapi juga berkontribusi pada pemberdayaan perempuan dalam aktivitas olahraga. Model pengabdian ini berpotensi diadaptasi untuk pengembangan komunitas sepeda perempuan lainnya, menawarkan kerangka kerja efektif untuk memperkuat nilai sosial sambil mendorong partisipasi perempuan dalam aktivitas fisik komunal
