PENGARUH SHARED VALUE TERHADAP KOMITMEN PADA UMKM DI DAERAH ISTIMEWA YOGYAKARTA

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh shared value terhadap komitmen, khususnya pada UMKM di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dan menggunakan kuesioner terhadap 50 responden untuk pengumpulan data. Analisis regresi sederhana digunakan dalam penelitian ini karena terdapat satu variabel independen dan satu variabel dependen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan shared value terhadap komitmen pada UMKM di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta.
