ANALISIS PRODUKTIVITAS PEKERJA DENGAN METODE TIME STUDY PADA PEKERJAAN KOLOM (STUDI KASUS PROYEK REHABILITASI PASAR JOHAR KOTA SEMARANG)

Abstract


Worker productivity determines the success of the implementation of the construction project schedule, because it has an impact on the suitability between the construction schedule planning and the progress of work in the field. Therefore, the work of column and fungus which is one of the critical activities in the construction of rehabilitation needs to analyze the productivity of their work.  This  final  project  aims  to  analyze worker productivity in column and fungus work and look for any factors that can affect worker productivity in the Johar Market rehabilitation project in Semarang City. The calculation is done by the method time study. The time study method is a method of measuring labor productivity in the field by determining the standard time of a job. Standard time is obtained from observations. In the observation, the value basic time that will be processed becomes standard time, and is used to calculate the productivity value. From   the   calculation   results   obtained   the   value  of   worker productivity in chipping column work and chipping fungi work is 7,36 m2/OH, and 6,65 m2/OH. For the value of productivity in column and fungus reinforcement work is 42,81  kg/OH,  and  21,87  kg/OH.  While  the  productivity  of  column  and  fungus formwork is 14,47 m2/OH and 5,16 m2/OH. For productivity in column and fungus grouting work is 0,41 m3/OH, and 0,36 m3/OH, and the work of  installing Fiber Reinforced Plastic (FRP) column and fungus is 4,40 m2/OH and 5,70 m2/ OH. From the results of productivity analysis, it is determined that the location of materials and workplaces, number of workers, relaxation allowances, tools and materials used are the factors that affect worker productivity in the work of column and fungus.
