FAKTOR – FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI PERCEIVED EMPLOYEE ABILITY
Abstract
Agar dapat beradaptasi dengan baik di dunia kerja, mahasiswa tingkat akhir yang berada dalam transisi dari dunia perkuliahan ke dunia kerja, membutuhkan kemampuan personel dan dukungan dari lingkungan mereka. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji hubungan antara career calling, career aspiration, learning goal terhadap perceived employee ability di kalangan mahasiswa di tahun terakhir mereka. Responden penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa tingkat akhir sebanyak 100 orang. Adapun pengujian menggunakan proses mediasi dengan menggunakan Smart PLS 3.0. Pengumpulan responden dilakukan dengan menggunakan survei online menggunakan teknik simpel random sampling.
