Pengaruh Workplace Flexibility dan Career Satisfaction terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behaviour pada Kantor Kementerian Agama
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan pengujian tentang pengaruh fleksibilitas tempat kerja dan stress kerja terhadap kepuasan karir yang dimoderasi oleh goal-orientation serta kepuasan kerja dan organization based self esteem terhadap organizational citizenship behaviour. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Kuesioner diberikan kepada 80 responden yang merupakan pegawai Kantor Wilayah Kementerian Agama Se Provinsi Kepulauan Riau. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan SEM-PLS. dengan adanya system ini dapat mengetahui carrer satification terhadap OBSE pada Kantor Kementrian Agama Kabupaten Kota Se Provinsi Kepualauan Riau dan dalam penelitian ini dapat menghasilkan penelitian yang menunjukkan bahwa adanya hubungan yang positif dan signifikan dari career satisfaction dan obse serta pengaruh hubungan yang signifikan antara OBSE terhadap OCB..
