INVESTIGASI MODEL PENENTU KINERJA PUBLIKASI PENELITIAN DOSEN EKONOMI DI KOTA SEMARANG

Abstract


Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menguji pengembangan model empiris baru untuk meningkatkan kinerja penelitian, dengan mengembangkan Khan engagement theory. Model ini kami ajukan untuk solusi atas hasil inkonklusi pada penelitian kepemimpinan dan kinerja. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantatif dengan studi kausalitas, yang variabel - variabel, dengan satuan analisis para dosen di Fakultas Ekonomi pada perguruan tinggi di kota Semarang. Besaran sample yang diambil adalah 110 dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode PLS-SEM, dengan uji model pengukuran dan uji model struktural. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi, keterlibatan pekerjaan, efektif dan signifikan dalam memediasi pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja. Implikasinya pimpinan fakultas harus membangun dan memfasilitasi kebijakan yang terintregasi serta berdasar pada iklim akademik. Sehingga dapat mendorong peningkatan kinerja dosen ekonomi terkait dengan publikasi jurnal internasional bereputasi secara baik dan efektif.
