PEMANFAATAN DATA MINING UNTUK MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN DI SMK HIDAYAH SEMARANG

Abstract

One of the problems from the interviews we conducted was that in learning activities in data processing experienced by the Semarang Hidayah Vocational School, this was caused by the absence of data mining subjects, so students had difficulty in processing data owned by the school. In this community service activity can be able to provide benefits, right on target so as to provide a new insight into new knowledge in the field of information technology at the school. The service concept will apply a data mining technology, by using the Rapidminer software that we will carry out is in the form of training in utilizing data mining that produces information processing data patterns at SMK Hidayah Semarang. This training activity is carried out supported by a question and answer session, lectures in this training module will also be given to each student participant. The purpose of the implementation of community service is to improve student learning by processing databases using statistical techniques, mathematics, artificial intelligence, and machine learning to produce useful information using the Rapidminer application, so that later when they enter the community can have the skills acquired from the training.
